to supply to us before bookings can
commence & what we need to supply
you to satisfy your legal requirements
prior to taking the booking in turn.
Plus all you need to know about
how we operate as a business.
Things we need you to do:
Supply us with a copy of your non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for us to sign & return.
Supply us with all relevant email contact details including whoever is in control of payroll for invoicing purposes.
Supply us with your terms & conditions | supplier agreement.
Supply us with any health & safety documentation required for us to study related to your business.
Supply us your internal timesheet for us to use & hand in at the end of the job.
Supply us your purchase order for the booking so we can include it in our invoicing.
Things we need to send you:
Our payment details.
Our proof of limited status (copy of our certificate of incorporation).
Our Certificate of registration for value added tax.
Our proof of nationality (copy of passport).
Our booking form which acts as a contract & has our terms & conditions etc on the reverse.
If required a detailed estimate of works & contract dependant on the job to be undertaken.
